im thinking of drinking a X’s energy drink before we go off to a tennis match.but im just scared that it’ll wear off by the time i get to the match.any suggestions?

ne watch the florida game last night… i noticed cory brewer and hortford drinking energy drinks during timeouts… so i was wondering if any 1 new what type of energy drinks are good for sports?
the only energy drink endorsement i found (usually they show you the guys on the side line or bench drinking stuff that’s endorsed so they advertise) was mello’s C1.5 Extreme Energy Drink.

I used to be able to guzzle down huge cans of monster/rockstar and even redlines but now it seems everytime i drink at least half of any 16fl oz drink i tend to gag like 15 mins later. This isnt just limited to the energy drinks listed above i just drank half of a vitamin energy and i just threw up a little. What the hell is happening?
You might have an intolerance for one of the ingredients. High fructose corn syrup is a common culprit (my husband can’t keep stuff with HFCS down) Or it could be caffeine, or even a very cold temperature of the drink.
If you have, or develop, a similar problem swallowing other fluids or foods, see a doctor ASAP. You might also have a hiatal hernia (I probably spelled that wrong). That’s when the top part of your stomach slips up through the hole in your diaphragm (the hole is called the hiatus) causing a constriction. Actually, you may want to see a doctor anyway. Just in case.
In the mean time (like I have to tell you…) stick to stuff you can keep down and take small sips.
There are a lot of energy drinks like gatorade and powerade, but are the carbonated drinks like Red Bull also ok before games just to give energy for that one game?
Gatorade and Powerade are usually used during the game so you can gain your energy back but before a game…. Red bull and energy bars are a helpful supplement to loosen you up and get excited… Even the snickers energy bar is not a bad idea… GOOD LUCK!!!
With the many different forms of “energy drinks” on the market, are there any that are safe for a nursing mother to drink? Could it possibly be better than caffeine? There seems to be no research or answers available on this topic. Many thanks.
You should look at the ingredients that make it an energy drink. Many energy drinks use caffine as their “kick”. A safer option might be “Emergen-C”. It is a vitamin C supplement that you add to water.
I am taking zmoxicillin 500mg capsules and I am really craving one of my energy drinks. Will it have an effect on me or the medicine?
