What do you use to give you an energy boost during the middle of your day?

I have been stressed with situations at work and at home. I notice that around 3:00 p.m. that I feel drained. Almost like if it was 11:00 p.m. at night. What do you use to help push you threw your day? What gives you energy? What helps you to continue to be productive? Help me, please!

I find eating does; like a good meal or something hot.

There are a lot of nutritional things you can do at this time of day. You could eat something with protein such as raw almonds or reduced fat string cheese. I usually have a nonfat espresso of some kind around this time. Coffee doesn't effect me as much as others so i don't have problems sleeping at night. I'd try coffee if you like it or some type of protein food like i said. Also drink lots of water.

Royal Jelly is good for people who want more energy. Also, you should probably get your thyroid checked. You could be Hypothyroid which causes one to feel tired often.
