I admit, I have not been on this site in a long time... anyhow it was another joy to see It is such necessary case and ignored by so many, even proficient. I thank you to help making people more aware of possible issues.

efusjon Energy Club has introduced a product to the market that not only provides the consumer a beneficial healthier energy drink as well the opportunity for the average person to make a residual income through their amazing Matrix Compensation Plan.

efusjon offers now 4 drinks to choose from (RAW, EDGE, BREEZE, DAWN). Raw offers one of the popular super fruits "Acai Berry". Then they came out with Edge still containing the Acai Berry with Caffeine. Breeze followed shortly after offering a tropical flavor of Passionfruit & Caffeine with the newest super fruit Mangosteen. Last is Dawn with a citrus taste, caffeine, and a ingredient called Quercetin a phytochemical which is the part of the coloring in red onions, apple skins, and prickly pears. It's a powerful antioxidant, natural anti-histamine, and anti-inflammatory.

efusjon's energy drinks not only offer high antioxidants as well provide 250% Vitamin C, Omega (3,6,9) and contain no harsh chemicals or stimulants. Not only a source for natural energy but help fight fatigue & depression with their amazing ingredients all in one can. Definitely worth the investment!

Yes, I've specifically gone, on two occasions, through a period where I drank a considerable amount of Rockstar Sugar Free energy drinks, along the lines of 6 16 oz cans in roughly a 6 hour period, and both times, developed rashes specifically under the armpits the first time, then in the leg pits the second time.

I have no known prior allergies to all the modern day variants of artificial sweetners or caffeine, nor any documented issues with a variety of foods, or their artificial ingredients (dye, colorings, preservatives, etc.).

So I can only speculate it's one of the ingredients unique to Energy Drinks. My first educated guess would be the Taurine since this is the only thing I've consumed in my life with Taurine in it in mass quantities, but there are other trace ingredients on the can in smaller amounts, that I don't recall ever seeing on/in other foods I've consumed so obviously it may be those or the combination thereof. Food allergies are often quite complicated and elusive. Good luck in your search.

Hope that helps.

Coffee is natural and most of the ingredients, at least the stimulants in many energy drinks are natural too. Or do you mean just besides them?

Water is a great natural energizer and can increase metabolism by 3%. When we are dehydrated we become tired and lethargic.

Getting enough sleep gives us plenty of energy. All of the stimulants in the world will only work for so long. There simply is no replacement for sleep.

Proper nutrition using good quality multi vitamin/mineral supplements increases energy too. We all should be supplementing anyhow. Many people do but still use inferior supplements and they are really throwing away their money because of it.

Adding extra things to regular multis helps too. A good quality multi B complex will help with energy. Ignore anyone that tells you to take only one single B Vitamin. The B vitamins work together and when taken separately hardly have any effect on us. Also adding a good quality ginseng with Ginko Biloba will help too.

Drinking green tea can also help. Drinking a cup of green tea with each meal will help you digest and process you foods which will help with energy. Plus it increases metabolism too.
References :
RCA

My personal recommendation would be to stay away from the supplements. You should talk to your doctor first and foremost. You should be taking a pre-natal vitamin as well as eating a healthy and balanced diet. There is a lot of protein in peanut butter and beans. Go to the book store and look through the pregnancy diet books for one that fits your lifestyle. I know that there are books for vegetarians. There are certain foods that make you feel tired and others that will give you more energy. You also should have a blood test to be sure you are not anemic. This is not uncommon when you are pregnant. If you are anemic, you will probably have to take an iron supplement, which will cause constipation so you will have to add more fiber to your diet. Dried prunes and figs are good sources of iron, calcium and fiber. Also, drink plenty of water. Try to eat as healthy as possible and get yourself one or two good reference books. Good Luck!
References :
Mother of 4.
