Where is my drink? Poem that i’d like reviewed?

Where Is My Drink

Give me a drink, I want to get drunk
It’s about time, my boat has now sunk
All of my dreams were tossed in the flames
All of my friends have forgotten their names
They forgot who they were, like many before
I lost my purpose the day I fell to the floor
I had lots of hope but it was crushed to the ground
Love for one’s neighbor, can no longer be found
Everyone’s lost and drowning in their fate
We all share dreams, but hope is the bait
They reel us in and we blindly walk forward
They cut up our dreams with our very own sword
Where is my drink, it’s been quite awhile
I can’t remember the last time I smiled
I don’t care about others cause they don’t care about me
They put down my efforts at being the best that I can be
I write to get by, that’s what they all say
I lived in a place, but I didn’t get to stay
I was grabbed by the throat and tossed to the sand
I lost all my dreams, on Satan’s command
Now I’m getting tired, and time is ticking fast
I asked for a drink but the drink didn’t last
I want to forget and I want to move on
I want all these memories to finally be gone
I cut at my wrist but the blood doesn’t fall
I wrote a small book that won’t be remembered at all
I tried to be nice and I tried to be sweet
But that way of life, knocked me right off my feet
Now I am angry which is not how I should be
And my lyrical content, will not release me
Hopes are a waste, I shouldn’t even bother
Some say I’m crazy, but I can’t blame my father
I need to be chained, locked away behind bars
The past I once lived has left many scars
I know in my soul that some won’t ever fade
Sometimes I wonder what would happen if I stayed
I can’t wonder “What if.” I can’t dwell on the past
Life can be ruined and it can happen fast
It did to me, and look where I am now,
Not what you expected, huh?

Wow, I liked it a lot. The style of storytelling is magnificent. There is also a lot of good imagery.

How do I get rid of cystic acne on my chin?

Posted by: admin  :  Category: drink reviews

I am a 23 year old female, I eat healthy food, drink lots of water, and right now I'm using some Dermalogica products. In the past I've tried tetracycline, minocin(sp?), Proactive, retin A, etc.

I ordered Murad but I've recently read some bad reviews about it, so now I'm a bit hesitant to try it.

Have you tried the antibiotic called Keflex?? It worked great on me. You usually have to stay on it for about 8 months, so that it won't come back.

Does any one have a review on the mona vie ( health drink)?

Posted by: admin  :  Category: drink reviews

Does mona vie really work, and if so to what degree?

It's basically a very expensive fruit juice. You're better off juicing your own at a far cheaper price and extracting more antioxidants and enzymes.

What do you think about energy drinks?

Posted by: admin  :  Category: drink reviews

I am not a big cofee drinker, but I love energy drinks. I've heard mixed reviews about the energy drink craze, but I'd like to get some more imput.

Hey Biglo68

Energy drinks are good for some and bad for others. It all depends on what your body can take. We are all structured different to with stand certain things that we take in and so we should be careful in selecting what foods and drinks we all like to eat. To answer your question overall I think energy drinks are bad for the simple reason that they are packed with so much sugar and the ones that aren't packed with sugar have a sugar substitute which is just like drinking fake sugar. Handing picking the best energy drink is difficult however can be benefical if you know which ones to drink. Alot of people drink the popular ones and those are the ones that aren't good for us. There are over 500 energy drinks out in the market and over 70million are sold everyday. Out of those 500 I am sure you can find one that suits what your looking for. I personally like to drink Crave Energy Drink, it is different from the other ones because it doesn't come in a can, it comes in a packet and so you can mix it with just about anything. The recommendation is that you mix it with a 16oz bottle of water. You can google Crave Energy Drink and see what you come up with and I have also included a link below.

Hope this helps

History of Distillation
Alambic Distillation is a very old technique, which was, used by the Chinese 3000 years BC, the East Indians 2500 years BC, the Egyptians 2000 years BC, the Greeks1000 years BC, and the Romans 200 years BC. In the beginning, all of the above cultures produced a liquid, later called alcohol by the Arabs, which was used for medicinal purposes and to make perfumes.
